Clan Meeting

Now that we have a lot of members, its hard to get everyone together at once. This is why its important to check the website and Discord as often as possible, so you don't miss important things related to the clan. But every so often we will host a big clan meeting, in-game, to hang out and discuss a few things that are going on, give feedback, and so on.

There are multiple things I will discuss at this meeting regarding minor changes and the future of the clan. At the end of our meeting, we will proceed to take a clan picture, so be sure to have your personal skin on, or the one you use most. Hopefully everyone can be there for that.

After the picture we will then decide on a fun event to play, be it Tag Team, infected, predator, etc.

This will take place on our clan map, Shadow Fortress. The fountain is fixed now, so be sure to download the update on the downloads page.

A few rules regarding clan meetings:

• All members must be in the meeting area designated by me. This one will be outside by the fountain.
• When I say not to talk until I allow it, please follow that. It would be mayhem if everyone was responding to each message I type in chat about important things. Wait until I'm finished.
• You're there to listen, not fight. Don't have your saber on during the meeting. Do not kill anyone.
• Be attentive. Obviously you're there to read what I'm saying. If you go afk just because you're bored, why did you come?
• If you have to leave the meeting, tell me why first. If you just disconnect randomly I may just assume you weren't interested.
• I reserve the right to kick anyone that tries to get attention by breaking these rules. If you come back and continue to do so, you will be removed from the clan.
• If you can't make it to the meeting, I will fill you in. I will not be photoshopping anyone into the picture though.

Some of those are "worst-case-scenario" rules. I don't expect to get that extreme, but it's good to be prepared and lay it all out ahead of time.

We managed to get a great screenshot. I forgot to go fullscreen for a better quality pic, so I'll be sure to do that next time!

A few things regarding the meeting, for those that missed:

• Rank changes: Sentinel and Consular are now subranks of the Jedi rank, and Assassin/Shadow are now a subrank of the Jedi Knight rank. Nothing changes to the ranks really, but we can now refer to them as Jedi or Jedi Knights collectively, since they're equal in rank/authority.
• There's a new callvote rule on the rules page. Don't spam callvote for a new map. If people deny your request, accept it. And don't callvote if there are a lot of people on the server (especially guests) if they're all having fun the way it is. Talk about buzz kill.
• Sentinel and Consular trials changed a bit, and in addition I will be posting some hints regarding those trials, giving you a brief idea of what to be working towards and what you'll need to know for the trial. These aren't specific details but more like a hint.
• The map will be getting a big update in a few weeks (hopefully), and no more small updates for now.
• I took event requests, so expect some new events soon.
• I also took questions and suggestions, so if you have any, let me know.
