Anyone play SWTOR? They released the trailer for the new DLC coming in December. Aside from the fact that a character is named "Vaylen" in these new expansions, what are your thoughts, if you play the game? I find it annoying that trailers show an amazing and realistic quality, but the game is nothing like that. I love their trailers but I feel like they're a bit misleading. They make me want a game that looks like them, or maybe even a TV show. Anyway, I may be venturing back into the game soon. I won't be starting SØ in the game by any means, but if enough people join me that are in SØ, we could start a guild to keep tabs on each other.
I already have an account, I believe I'm a lv18 sith ...assassin? not sure. Haven't played it in a year or so tho. Gotta get back to it
I play. I love the game, personally, and KotFE and KotET look epic. Unfortunately I don't have a subscription ATM. But the base game alone is still really fun. While the graphics obviously aren't as good as the trailers, they're still pretty darn good, especially compared to other MMOs I've seen and played. I've got a Level 30something Jedi Guardian (Rayce-jonson (Want to change name to Rayce Quinn soon.)), a 25-30ish Scoundrel (Pioma), and a Commando (Lee'kai) who's about the same level. If anyone's interested in meeting up in-game, I play on the Begeren Colony server, and would be willing to make a new character on a different server if need be. Note that I prefer playing as the Republic/Jedi/Light Side.
I'm on the Begeren Colony server as well. If we can get enough people, we could start a SØ guild to keep track of each other better.
I play too, but my subscription ran out and i'd most likely be changing servers from Harbinger to Begeren Colony or wherever the guild would be mainly because i only played that game by myself and it's nice playing a big world wide MMO like swtor with friends, but i'd only play if the guild actually moved there. but i'm a willing member
Well it wouldn't be an official Shadow Order thing, where we start recruiting and having events on there, but if people are playing anyway, might as well be at least in a guild chat together and help each other out when needed. My main character on the Republic side is Vâlén with the alt codes. If you can't copy and paste that, add Raiynn instead, that's another of mine. My main on Imperial side is Calamiir.
I might get back into TOR soon, one of these days this week. I'll look up "Calamiir" since I'm a sith there.
You'll need to be on the same server as me to look me up. I'm sure you're probably on a Euro server. I'm on a west coast US server.
Just saw this thread, this is a game I never played, besides, a trustful friend of mine told me to play because I probably would love it (he was a hardcore SWToR player since release, but he doesn't play anymore). I always wondered how this game is and always wanted to give it a try but never found a catch up to start playing it (even if it F2P now). I may download it one of this days but I want to ask you, is there anything that I should know if I wanted to be able to play with you some day? Like server or region, or that doesn't matters? I really have no idea about that.
The Shadow Order guild is on Begeren Colony (NA West Coast), as are all my characters. But if you're only interested in playing for the story and SP aspects, it won't really matter which server you choose.
